Our 30 days return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund. It's that simple.

Charges for returns:

The customer is charged:
1- 8% charge of the total bill value for handling fee and management.
2- Shipping costs for delivering the order as mentioned in bill.

Example:
If you pay total of $445 including a shipping cost of $45 we will charge:
$445 8% = $409.4 (commission)
$409.4 - $45= $364.4 (shipping)
You will be refunded $364.4 after we receive the order and review it, if you fail to send
the order or we do not receive the returned goods we will not refund the amount.

How to prepare for return:

Please follow the steps to return any order:

1- Contact us: within 10 days from the date the product is shipped. Give us the order number and the reason you request for return.

2-Shipping Policy:

   days, depending on the product availability in the stock, and the method
   of payment you choose (choosing different methods other than credit card
